Photo Report Builder keeps the core workflow local.

This policy is prepared for the app's release path. The current review build has no account system, no ads, no analytics, and no network permission.

Data Stored

Photographs captured by the user.
Photo names, captions, and timestamps.
Generated PDF reports.
Local report history metadata.

Data Shared

The app does not automatically send data to Contempo Labs or a third-party server. Sharing happens only when the user chooses to share a generated PDF through Android's share sheet.

Permissions

Camera permission is used only to capture report photographs. The app does not request broad storage access because its photos and reports are stored in app-private storage.

Release note

This page should be reviewed before Play Store submission and updated if future versions add OCR, sync, cloud backup, analytics, or other connectors.
